Bonnie Mincu started Mincu & Associates after spending ten years as an organization development consultant, corporate trainer and business coach. Bonnie's goal was to design creative solutions that are specifically geared to her clients' needs while enhancing their ability to develop their own processes. Bonnie and her affiliates come from the worlds of corporate consulting, change management, non-profit organizations, business theater, global technology, communications training and the arts.

Bonnie Mincu

Bonnie has worked in Organization Development, coaching and training since 1991. Before forming Mincu & Associates in 1999, she managed OD and Training & Development for First Chicago and was a Change Management consultant with Ernst & Young LLP.

Bonnie began her work-life in marketing management and communications. Her years in that arena spanned many different experiences, including brand management, ad agency creative and account management, direct mail advertising franchise ownership and sales promotion. She has held positions and consulted in a wide variety of industries, primarily in Fortune 500 companies.
